This Privacy Policy explains how Prodely ("Prodely", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our AI product photography app, including our Shopify integration (the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

Account information. When you sign up, we collect your email address and authentication details via our identity provider (Supabase Auth).

Shopify store data. If you connect a Shopify store, we request the following permissions: read_products, read_product_variants, and write_products. Using these, we access your store's product data — titles, descriptions, prices, SKUs, inventory quantities, and product images — and your store's contact email. We do not request or collect customer or order data from your store.

Content you provide. Product photos, brand assets, and prompts you upload or generate through the Service, along with the images and videos we generate for you.

Billing information. Subscriptions are processed by Shopify Billing (for Shopify-connected stores) or Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details ourselves — they are handled directly by these payment processors.

Usage data. Basic technical information such as log data and app usage, used to operate and improve the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including generating product images, copy, and video.
  • To process subscriptions and payments.
  • To communicate with you about your account or the Service.
  • To monitor, secure, and improve the Service.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We rely on the following sub-processors to operate the Service:

  • Google (Gemini API) and Replicate — for AI image and copy generation.
  • ElevenLabs — for AI-generated voice and audio in video content.
  • Supabase — for authentication, database, and file storage.
  • Shopify and Stripe — for billing and payment processing.

Content you submit (such as product photos) may be sent to these providers solely to deliver the Service. Some of these providers are located outside the European Economic Area (EEA); by using the Service, you acknowledge that your data may be processed in those locations. We are working towards more detailed cross-border transfer safeguards as part of an ongoing compliance review.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain account and store data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion or export of your data at any time by contacting us using the details below — we do not currently offer fully automated self-service deletion, so requests are handled manually.

5. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email below and we will respond as soon as we reasonably can.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
